Nisreen is the HR & Operations Manager at Crowd Analyzer. She’s a certified PHRi™ Human Resources professional with 11+ years of hands-on experience covering HR functions. Nisreen is an expert in recruitment, training & development, performance management, payroll and personnel administration in addition to the GCC labor laws. She spent her early career in Telecom & Engineering corporations as a Senior HR Business Partner where she managed the head office in Cairo, and the offshore branches for the GCC and Africa. She joined Crowd Analyzer in 2016 when the team was only 7 employees (It’s now almost 60 and growing)! Nisreen established the HR Departments from scratch, participated in change management and organizational restructuring. She is passionate about public speaking & helping others develop.
Heba is the Marketing Director at Crowd Analyzer. With over 8 years of experience in the consulting world, she has diversified and accumulated experience in strategy development and implementation of corporate communications, change management and internal communications, behavioral change, corporate branding, crisis communication, reputation management, digital media, marketing, and PR. During her consulting journey, Heba has successfully managed mega private/public sector projects across a wide variety of industries some of these include: FMCG, banking, IT, oil and gas, real estate and education. Agility, teamwork, innovative and creative thinking have always been on top of her list for creating impactful results.

He is always interested in social media research-related topics, collaborations, and partnerships. He has a BSc Information Systems from Cairo University, and an MSc Social Informatics and Interactive Technologies from the University of York, UK.
